I have the same machine, Model 963, and it's constantly in use :)
I have done some searching, and found you can call Krups on their 800 number. Their website has lots of info on the other models, but I dont see anything for the 963.

I remember that after I bought mine at a garage sale 5 years ago, I got a quick response and a free manual when I called Krups.
