I called the number that Vinnie gave in his followup of your message, and the Krups staff were glad to help me out. I asked for a set of directions for my 963/A espresso maker, and they said that they would send it to me for FREE (not even paying postage!!). VERY cool. I like companies that do business like that! Another example of German technology. Anyway, check it out and get your free set of directions, and ENJOY a REAL cup of coffee.
