I did send a replacement parts order that came with it; I mailed it and a four dollar check to 24700 Miles Road, P.O. Box 46006, Bedford Heights,OH 44146-1399 and like, 3 weeks later it came back to me, unopened.
I don't know where the letter was all that time; It was stamped by the P.O. FORWARDING ORDER EXPIRED. I am really anxious to make iced tea.
