Regarding the leaking reservoir...if you received this unit at Christmas it should still be under warranty. Black and Decker has hundreds of warranty depots across the USA and Canada. One of them could definitely help you. Check your local yellow pages. Black and Decker is very customer oriented and you should have no problems getting service. Our company abtecparts.com is a Canadian service centre so if you are in Canada just ship it to us for warranty service.
