Look to the Great White North...CANADA that is ...land of snow and cold cold cold winters. There is a large chain store up here called Canadian Tire...they have a location in almost any town with a population of more than 25000. I'm sure they are on the web...try Altavistacanada.com. They carry everything you might need for a car and its so damn cold up here engine block heaters and in car portable heaters are as common as dirt...and it'll be in Canadian dollars which translates to about 65 cents per dollar American.
