I guess this web site is just to gripe. I was on and did explain my problem. Should I expect an answer or maybe not........I need to purchase a coffee pot which will not leak everywhere, I too have the "swing out basket". The Mr. Coffee machines used to be an appliance to count on, but, alas, all things must come to an end.I will purchase a coffee pot, not a Mr. Coffee product.I will not be going back to the one that leaks.
