First 1-800-672-6333 or 1-800-931-9678 are the numbers for the sunbeam customer service, and warranty departments and you can e-mail your concerns to sunbeam @ aunbeam.com. There is a section there for you to mail them your concerns. I just did and told them i want them a new machine, and how would they like to go about doing that for me?? :) Send them mail all, let them know you are dissatisfied, and maybe they will recall these machines before someone really does have a fire!!
